Credit Application Disclosure and Authorization

By completing and submitting this credit application, you—whether applying individually or jointly with a co-applicant—acknowledge that you are applying for credit. You authorize us and any affiliated lenders or financial institutions to evaluate your application and determine your creditworthiness. Regardless of the outcome, this application and any related information may be retained for internal records, regulatory compliance, and future reference.

You and any co-applicant certify that the information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You understand that knowingly providing false or misleading information is grounds for denial of credit and may result in legal action. This authorization applies to all applicants listed on the application.

You grant permission for the dealership, along with its lending partners, to submit your application to one or more financial institutions. This includes any follow-up applications or related submissions tied to the transaction you are applying for. The financial institutions reviewing this application may share it among other institutions or affiliates for the purpose of fulfilling your credit request.

You also authorize us and any affiliated lenders to obtain your credit report from one or more consumer reporting agencies (credit bureaus), both at the time of application and on an ongoing basis—for example, during future renewals, refinancing, modifications, or extensions of the transaction. If requested, we will inform you whether a credit report was obtained and provide the name and address of the consumer reporting agency used.

In connection with processing your application, we may verify your employment, income, housing, and other relevant financial details. Anyone receiving a copy of this authorization is permitted to release such information to us. We may also request and gather any additional information deemed necessary to evaluate your credit application.

By providing a phone number, particularly a mobile number, you consent to receiving calls or messages regarding your application or account using automated systems, prerecorded messages, or text messaging—where allowed by law. This consent extends to us, our affiliates, and any third parties that may service your credit account or purchase the contract from us.

Federal and State Legal Disclosures

To help prevent terrorism and money laundering, federal law requires all financial institutions to collect and verify personal information that identifies each person applying for credit. This includes your name, address, date of birth, and other identifying details. You may be asked to provide your driver’s license or other valid identification.

California Residents: If married, you may apply for individual credit.

​

Maine and Tennessee Residents: You must maintain full physical damage insurance on the vehicle for the entire duration of your loan or lease. You are free to choose your own insurance provider, subject to our approval of the coverage.

New Hampshire Residents: If applying for a balloon payment contract, you have the right to request a written estimate of the refinancing terms prior to entering the agreement.

New York Residents: A credit report may be obtained in connection with your application and in the future for account servicing. If requested, we will disclose the name and address of any consumer reporting agency used.

Ohio Residents: All creditworthy applicants are to be considered equally. You may request your own individual credit history from any reporting agency. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission enforces this right.

Rhode Island Residents: Credit reports may be requested in connection with this application. You are not required to purchase insurance from any specific agent or company.

Vermont Residents: By signing this application, you consent to our obtaining and verifying information, including credit reports and employment details, both now and in the future for account review, servicing, or collection purposes.

Wisconsin Residents: No terms in a marital property agreement, court order, or individual statement may impact our rights unless disclosed prior to credit approval. If you are applying individually, complete the applicant section and provide information about your non-applicant spouse where required. Do not have your spouse sign unless applying jointly.
